Timothy Juice Cooper is a percussionist and artist living in Medellin, Columbia. For this project he designed a playing style specific to his own rhythms of speech, making ‘chords’ out of syllables, while navigating between English and Spanish. He composed and performed an intricate and complex piece he calls ‘Brindo Por Ti‘, accompanying himself on his drum-set while layering loops.
